Return and Refund Policy
We at The Minxy Label are sure you are going to love our products as much as we do and we take every measure to ensure your items arrive in tip top condition. We however do not refund for change of mind. We offer store credit (valid for 30 days) or an exchange if an alternative is available.
SWIMWEAR, BOTTOMS AND ONE PIECES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY.
In order to return an item, it must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Returns are only valid 14 days after receipt of your order. To request a refund, you must email us. Once your return has been received it will be inspected and you will be notified by email if your refund is approved. We do not refund for slight differences in colour or pattern as dependant on the screen or monitor you use the colour may not show as the original representation. You are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase with your return and a reason for the return. Refunds are only provided if there is a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or repaired. Upon receipt of your return we will notify you if the return is approved.
Wrong size: We are happy to exchange or provide shop credit if you have ordered the incorrect size. Upon receipt of your return you will be notified by email of our decision and either a replacement size or shop credit (valid for 30 days)
In order to return your item, you need to email us and we will provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for payment of return shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it may take for your exchange item to be delivered may vary, depending on where you live.
Any item received that is not in its original condition and packaging appears to have been worn will not be eligible for refund or store credit. Any items that have had the hygiene liner removed or is damaged are also not eligible for return.
Gift cards are non refundable.
