Shipping & Orders


We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE when you spend $50 or more in our shop.  For any orders under that amount we charge a flat rate of $5.00 to anywhere in the world.


Payment:  We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and prepaid debit cards.  We also accept PayPal.  Our site uses industry-standard encryption systems for secure checkout.  This protects potentially sensitive information like your name, address and critically sensitive information like your credit or debit card information.  This ensures that information passed between your device and our site cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.



Once you have placed your order, you will receive either an SMS or email notification regarding order confirmation.  This can take up to 30 minutes but is usually a lot quicker.  Once we have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know your order has been shipped (please check your spam folder)


The team at The Minxy Label are very fast!  It is our priority to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible and orders are processed as soon as your order is received, so unfortunately you cannot change or cancel your order once it has been placed.


Tracking:  You will receive tracking information by email as your package progresses through the delivery process, so you will be able to track your items.


We are an international label based online in Australia.  We have multiple manufacturers worldwide; delivery times are dependent on the location of the manufacturer and the location of the buyer.


Shipping normally takes 10 to 21 business days.  If you have not received your order in this time frame, we ask that you wait a few days in case there has been a delay.  If you have not received your order in this time frame, please email us with your full name, order number and delivery address and we will look into it for you.  In most cases, delivery has most likely been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.  Please note that items within orders may be sent separately.  The customer is responsible for all import and custom charges. In the event that your tracking shows no progress after 6 weeks you will be refunded.
